07Account Closure & Suspension

Queen VIP reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. As part of responsible gaming, temporary or permanent Self-Exclusion options are also available.

• Any valid balance can be withdrawn before account closure.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Requests to reopen an account during a Self-Exclusion period will not be accepted.
